Fantastic Customer Service
I’ve been taking my VW Golf to mycar Tyre & Auto Easties for a number of years now and Rob and Chris have always been fantastic to deal with. Anyone that owns a VW knows what a pain they can be to deal with when they have a mechanical problem so I always appreciate the guys for being able to accomodate me when my car requires fixing.
Before any work needs to be done they’ll always give you a call to let you know how much everything will cost and double check if you’re happy for the work to go ahead. So, they’re very upfront with costs which is great. They also offer AfterPay which is a huge relief when you’ve got a big bill to pay.
Just recently I had an issue where water was getting into the interior of my car and soaking the passenger seats whenever it rained. I have no sunroof so the source of the leak was a mystery. Chris did some research and found a couple of possible solutions based off the year, make, and model of my car. We decided to go ahead with both potential solutions and now the issue is totally fixed. No more water getting into the interior! Big thanks to Chris, Rob, and the crew for their help in figuring out and fixing the problem.
I’d definitely recommend them for any car troubles. They’re conveniently located inside Westfields Easties so it’s no hassle trying to find them.

Experience was smooth!
Experience was smooth and clean, got updates on any defects, and car was ready on time.
Taking away one star as I believe they should include car wash and cleaning as part of servicing, even after paying over $500 in service, car wash and cleaning weren't part of service.
