Not satisfied

The service was good however the brake pads ordered took a very long time to arrive. I left my car at 8 am and was only able to pick it up around 4 pm. As no service is offered to take people home, this length of time is unacceptable. Also there was no communication regarding the hold up.

why book me in at 8 for me to be done at 11

I have used this service on a couple of occasions recently and they have been thorough and very easy to deal with. Definitely, will use for further service and repairs.

Communication about the one year free roadside assist could be better. They had no idea what I had to do with it, just said get a brochure. I asked if I could pick my car up at 4pm as I had to go to the vets at 4.30 to put my dog down, they said yes no problem in the morning and then it wasn't ready! I had to go and wait and then they said to come back at 5pm!!! After I just had to put my dog down and rush back from the vets. Tried to charge me for it again even though I had already paid online. Said I needed a new fan belt - most other mechanics will ring you and tell you what you might need and just do it there and then. That would have been awesome as now I have to book it back in just to get a fan belt on it! Left my car in the car park with one of the windows down so anyone could break into it. I understand that they are busy but they need to step it up. Don't book in so many cars if they can't handle it. Bring back Alf, he used to work there and was the best! Very helpful and professional.

I cannot recommend mycar Orange enough. The team were phenomenal, especially Mick, going out of his way on a tight timeline. The communication and customer-oriented care was next to none. Thank you again. What an amazing, stress free experience!

Very polite and professional.
Have had both my cars done rego checks with no hassles and quick repairs..
Good price and excellent work done.
