Prompt and courteous. Made sure I understood the specials relating to tyres and brake service moving forward and offered to place my hubcaps if I had trouble doing so.

Quick, easy and friendly service. 5 stars!

I have a 2007 Holden But l found them to be honest, and tried to find the problem. But they found everything was ok, and didn’t charge me!

Happy with the service of 4 new tyres on our family car. Job was down quickly and efficiently, I felt my wife who dropped off the car was respected and hey, they cleaned our wheels as well. Will be back to try out a log book service.

Friendly customer service and speedy but thorough work!

Service was quick and convenient, the staff were helpful and turned the annoyance of a flat tire into a positive experience.

Easy to book, drop off was quick and easy. Provided me with a quote for issues that need fixing at reasonable price. Issues were sorted within the day

Wrong tyres were ordered for the vehicle and i was not notified until 2.5 hours after the vehicle was dropped off. I was then given a price for the right tyres that was $100 more expensive per tyre when compared to competitor. I price matched to get the lower price and was told it would be completed the next day.
The next the tyres had not been ordered and the works did not go ahead.
I took the car to Jax who completed it that afternoon for a much lower price than the initial quote,

They did a free check on my brakes - Said I had 2000-5000km left on rears and more on front tyres

My daughter passed away (9 yrs old) These boys were so kind to me (It was a bit of a haze but I think they did my brakes for free last time)

MyCar Northcote - no experience with Euro Cars specifically for BMW’s

It was a grave mistake that I even considered MyCar Northcote as a viable option to service my BMW at this place. Before service my BMW car didn’t have any issues as such, just general servicing was needed.

But after receiving the car from Service, I have been facing major issues with driving. My car has started stalling and after 10-15mins of drive the car makes a high pitch whistling noise from the engine compartment / under the bonnet.

This experience has been nerve racking and absolutely troublesome.

If I had known prior to booking the service or notified that MyCar is not capable of servicing Euro Cars, I would have happily accepted that and taken my car someplace else.

So after the service on Saturday (31/08) I encountered this issue (as mentioned above)
I returned back to the shop with the car and explained the issue. The attending mechanic (Chris) took my car in for further inspection and after a while came back with an answer stating that it was just a loose oil cap and now that has been rectified. I trusted them and took their word for it.

Now my car is having the same issue, & I have to waste my working day now to resolve this issue which should have been solved on the day of the service or rather never should have happened in the first place.

I just expect my car to be delivered the same if not better when I give it for servicing.

This has been an utter nightmare of service and waste of my time and money.

I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly, until then this is what I think about MyCar Northcote.

Awesome service! Didn’t mind that I had to cancel last minute and were happy to see me on Monday. Also when the tyres that I ordered online weren’t the correct ones they were able to sort out the right pair for me super quickly. Couldn’t recommend them more. This is my second experience with a mycar service and both times have been great!
