Good service

Punctual, organized, found the tyre pressure problem and fixed it. All at a reasonable price

From booking to quote and completion of my tyre repair, the whole process was easy. Communication was excellent, and the expected time and cost were accurate. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

When I couldn’t navigate the online booking system. I rang MyCar in Northcote and the MyCar employee was very helpful and booked my service.

I was informed of things the car might need repaired if I chose.
I was made aware of pricing.
Picking up and dropping off car was seamless!

Manager was very helpful, as car had to be returned post Xmas, and he fitted me in

Had essential plus service and tyres. Oil change and tyres completed no issues

$2200 quote for new clutch seems very high. In general prices have gone up considerably since a few years ago

The cost increases have motivated me to look around for a new mechanic who is financially more competitive, after using MyCar for more than the last decade
