Great all round service.

The service on my car was really quick
The service on my car was really quick, the cost was reasonable and Mark is just the nicest fellow. He showed amazing patience when I had trouble remembering my pin.
After three unsuccessful attempts he sorted out a different way for me to pay the bill.
Mark is always friendly and helpful on the phone as well.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, booked in for a service but needed to talk bout some other issues with car. From discussing problem with the car, clear communication on both parties, to picking up car early, couldn't be happier. Been to a few places for servicing my car and these guys are now my go to for everything car related.

All the team are friendly, very helpful & honest.
It was a tough job fixing my car, but they got it done and I'm grateful.

No stock when there is a sale on.
Went to the site for the 2024 Black Friday sale. After waiting for over half an hour, entered site to find out that the tyres I wanted (Pirelli) were no longer available. You would think that sufficient stock would be on hand to cover the increase in sales.

Mycar New Town are very good.
Easy to book in, the staff were very friendly and very efficient. Several problems, requiring spare parts, were identified and all were fixed within about three hours.
