Friendly service, and honest and informative about my car's mechanical check. Called to confirm before going ahead with repairs. Not pushy about doing all repairs, prioritised the most important and provided information on what to keep an eye on. Reasonably priced and the car was ready sooner than quoted.

Booked in within 24 hours. Quoted price was correct. Ready within 4 hours as promised.

This was my second service with Munno Para MyCar. They have provided me with excellent customer advice carried out any repairs and serviced my car to a high standard.

The Manager is awesome to deal with, honest and friendly, never any hidden costs and car is ready on time.

99% positive experience - Courtesy and conscientious attention above reproach. Vehicle left in clean condition with no spoilage due to potentially grotty work attire. All round, very pleased with the speed and competence with which my vehicle and her substantial mechanical requirements were met. The same applies to "Customer Service" - would definitely highly recommend this particular "My Car" outlet.

The one percent dubious reporting is based on me being vertically challenged. . . . Being 'short one end', the clutch was set to take up a little too quickly for my ability to stretch the legs and thus the vehicle is in motion almost before I can guarantee control. I feel absolutely certain this would have been immediately tailored to my needs had I mentioned it to Management however, I was in urgent need of being several hundred kilometres elsewhere.

Make no mistake - the job was excellent and performed to a very high standard. . . . it is not your fault that I am a pip-squeak ! thanks fellows. . . . Well done !

Mycar dealt with my wheel alignment and my slow leaking tyre promptly. The car was ready when they said it would be. The gentleman that handled the paperwork etc was very courteous and professional.

Threw my spare tyre in the boot and snapped the board that forms the bottom of the boot. No care given at all.

The ute didn't go at all due to the clutch dying. Organised to drop it off on a Monday afternoon without an appointment. They accepted it willingly and rang to explain what the problem was and how much it was going to be. Got it back Thursday afternoon. Grateful for them giving us a quick turnaround.
