We had Richie investigate our car for failed aircon after a recent regas.
He got the right guys involved and it was back on the road in half the time we expected. New TX valve and evaporator and the mx5 was ready for summer.. thanks again guys.

I went to mycar in holland park- the one next to Cole’s service station, they were able to fit me in for new tyres on the day. Friendly team and great customer service. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks!

MyCar are very good and reasonable prices..

Mostly good interactions - clear communication about the problems and appreciate the honesty. The exception to this was someone who called me to say the parts were delayed, he was extremely frustrated with the situation and took a chance to whinge about it. I get it, it sucks, I don't need to hear it though. Everything else was great though!

Booked on line, did not feel genuine -so decided to go to the garage and verify - Never heard of me! The phone call center is a total waste of time and damaging the business!
On checking in at the garage, could not have had better service - Alex arranged the service as had been "so called booked by the call center" and w4ent out of his way to give me fantastic customer service - we need more like him everwhere! I will be returning.

Overall, I had an exceptional experience - efficient, friendly and helpful service. The drop-off and collection were both smooth and the team were really helpful. They took the time to explain their recommendations. I would highly recommend.

The unit manager — a bearded, bald guy — treated me very well and was very attentive to my issue.
