Pre purchased tyres online from the…
Pre purchased tyres online from the black Friday sale and booked in for fitments on the 5th of December. Arrived on time. Handed in keys. Paperwork was waiting on there desk for me. Was told I would get a call in about 1.5 hours. 2 minutes later I got a call saying my tyres are not in stock. If you go to the trouble to print out a job card knowing your coming in. Surely check what they are coming in for and check stock before customer arrives. Wasted my time. Was told they will now call me when my tyres are in. I ended up calling them and booked in 3 days later. There tyre and wheel alignment service was actually good but everything else was poor. Got home and saw one of my valve caps which matched my wheels was also missing. MYCARS BOOKING SYSTEM ONLINE IS FLAWED. STAFF ACTUALLY SAID SO THEMSELVES. Staff were apologetic but still doesn't make the inconvenience any better. That Friday after already getting my tyres fitted i received a call to say my tyres were here if I can come get them fitted. ALREADY HAVE THEM ON MY CAR 😅

Even recharge car batteries
I'm here housesitting from interstate , not in my own car and the lights were left on in the shopping centre car park, called the guys and they came and restarted the battery , exceptional service offered to pay and wouldn't let me , saved me alot not being a member of your racv, such lovely guys , would definitely recommend for any car needs ..

Fantastic customer service
From start to finish, I felt the staff were friendly and explained the process. They also finished the job within the specified time. It was also reasonably priced compared. I am very happy with the service I received.
