Always do a great job at Morayfield MyCar. Tha ks team for looking after my old Tiida.

I would have gladly given you five stars, but leaving my car unlocked in an open car park in Morayfield after the service lost you one star.

Service was started and completed ontime.

MyCar have been servicing my vehicle for many years now. Once again, they have listened to my concerns, made clear their recommendations, been willing to discuss what needs attention on a great but aging car ... and delivered their mechanical work with excellence and on time. Thanks again!

No issue with the service that was done, had 4 tires put on. However, I find it really frustrating when I pick up my vehicle, only to find out afterwards that my brake pads needed swapping out, and they also refused to check the engine light code during the same service. I had to book a second appointment at a later date if I wanted that done.

It seems pretty lazy, considering it would've been so easy for them to mention the brake pads and swap them out while putting on 4 new tires, and it wouldve been a better sale/business transaction for them too. Lastly, i don't think I've ever seen their receptionist smile once, and is always grumpy and sour.

I think im kind of done with mycar, and will find some place that cares a bit more about their customers.

I had four new tyres fitted recently and the service was excellent. They are very efficient with quick service and great prices. I will be returning to have my car serviced. Well done to the MyCar Team at Morayfield!

Provided useful advice in relation to new tyres and an item that was FORD specific regarding my car. Were punctual with completing this major service and helpful with answering any question that I asked.

The receptionist made me feel like I was interrupting her day. No one seemed to know about the APOD discount and when they finally figured it out they said it was too late to apply it at payment time. At no time did the Apod site state to prearrange it, it simply says mention the membership.
I thought $70 was way overpriced to replace my windscreen wipers.
I will not be back and I will be telling my friends of my experience.

Headlights/Parklights were changed promptly. A couple of other lights needed doing so they phoned me to get the okay. Very happy with the service I received on the day. Would certainly recommend MyCar at Morayfield. Thanks Guys

Surprisingly, not minding i missed my booked time but they gave me a space and responded early.
