Above and Beyond Service from Rahul!
My registration had lapsed after a holiday, and I was in a bind. Rahul helped me immensely, getting my service and pink slip done promptly even though they were very short-staffed (only two mechanics!). Thank you for the exceptional, stress-free help

Mycar St Ives is what customer service used to be!
Mycar St Ives is what customer service should be! I drive up from Melbourne once a year and make a point of getting my car serviced by the team in st ives! They are extremely friendly and professional. They dont beat around the bush and push for a sale just to hit target. Bashir and his team are always fair and reasonable. They keep me coming back!

The team are consistently friendly, efficient, and professional. Communication is clear, the work is done properly, and I never feel rushed or upsold.

Bash at the St Ives Branch was very helpful and managed to fit me in as soon as he could with some reorganising times.
Very helpful indeed while was run off his feet.
I would recommend to anyone who reads this to seriously look to have anything needing done with your car give my car auto a go. I am sure you would be pleased.
PS: I have nothing at all to gain with this company or people within it. It’s just good service should be recognised!
