The staff are amazing
The staff are amazing, and friendly, they go above and beyond, I rang in the morning with concerns of my car, thinking they would be so busy and not be able to do my car that day, I dropped it off at 11, they diagnosed the problem pretty much straight away and my car was ready at 2, amazing, it runs like a dream, I highly recommend anyone looking for a good mechanic to try my car Sylvania
The manager Shannon and the guys are the best and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else….

Reliable and reasonable servicing
Service and time for completion is fine. For a better customer experience, maybe consider washing, vacuuming or both to really put you ahead of others in your service industry. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The team was friendly and helpful as a wheelchair user picking up my car during a torrential downpour it was lovely to find out that the mechanic had parked my car under cover rather than in the parking bay. I will definitely continue to use the Sylvania team in the future

Notified of problem with tyres upon close visual inspection
Notified of problem with tyres as Shannon could not get approval for pink slip. As I was in Southgate he asked to come around so he could visually show me the problem of the tyres. On seeing the condition of the tyres it was agreed to replace all four tyres.

I had to wait til almost 5pm to pick up my car when I dropped it off at 10am and selected to pick it up at12:15pm
