Company was very helpful and arranged for assistance at the earliest possible available time. Jamie arrived early and the job was completed before the original appointed time frame of 11 am to 2 pm yesterday.
He explained what had happened to the tyres and also suggested a wheel alignment due to the cause of the tyre damage. This will be followed up.

The mechanic was friendly and explained things clearly, and he did an excellent job. It turned out to be more difficult than expected, but he didn't charge more than he quoted, and persevered until it was done to a complete standard. He gave good advice and wasn't at all condescending or trying to obfuscate. I appreciate the mechanic's attention to detail, knowledge, and professionalism in working to do the best job possible.

A small concern is that when booking, the time given was a few hours, and it wasn't clear whether this was the time within which the work would be done, or the mechanic would arrive anywhere within that time. It turned out that he came two hours after the beginning of the period. I should have asked when booking what the time meant. This wasn't a big deal, but just made it a little inconvenient when considering when to expect the mechanic.

* I'm not sure exactly which mobile store this unit was from; the original notice said Springfield, and the invoice said Ipswich, although not this address.

MyCar Ipswich is my family's go to when it comes to our car's services and maintenance. The Black Friday promo on tires was very helpful, and the people who had previously attended to us were very accommodating. In my last appointment, however, the guy in the front desk, left me feeling embarrassed/insulted every time I asked him a question. He wouldn't only answer my query, but he always had a snide remark to add- that despite the fact that I was asking him politely and respectfully.

Excellent customer service and vehicle knowledge. Brett from mycar mobile based out of mycar Ipswich did a wonderful job. Very happy with my experience and will definitely use them again. Can't go wrong.

I feel comfortable to talk to the guys at the counter. They're professional, friendly & always listen not being pushy & explaining the issues in a simple terms as possible when I don't understand the jargon words in technical terms

The guy that replaced the tyre, was really rude, argumentative, and didn't even care about his attitude, would not be calling my car services again.
