Absolutely Useless
They were useless. When picking up my car the guy passed me the receipt and paper and just walked back inside. No explanation of anything or anything that needs to be fixed. I went to auto cheap to replace the battery and the guy told me I have a major issue that the mechanics should have told you about. Actually ridiculous, won’t go back again

Alternator failure
On my SA/TAS - QLD/NSW/SA road trip I had an unplanned alternator failure in Brisbane and found it very difficult to find a repairer with bookings less than four weeks. I decided to use MyCar as I do for regularly servicing my Hilux in SA and Nathan at Marsden was able to fit me in within days and replace the alternator. A option to choose a specific alternator would have been appreciated but the job was done well.
