I took my car in for servicing knowing that some replacements had to be done. A message came in the late morning and I had to call back saying that there were several calls made and I did not answer when I did not receive any! Anyway I called back and was told of the necessary replacements and costs which I agreed to and my car will be ready by 5pm. Not receiving any calls at 4.45pm I walked to the service station and my car was just about the only car being attended. I didnt get the car till about 5.30. Its just like 2 weeks ago when I had to wait for a week to get my tyre replaced and having to wait there for them to get the tyre done when they initially insisted the tyre was still not delivered from the supplier.
