Didnt refit the spark plug harness…
Didnt refit the spark plug harness correctly. Luckily I noticed before I drove away. Car was running really rough. No test drive after a service perhaps? NOT IMPRESSED.

Always friendly and prompt service
Always friendly and prompt service. They never charge for anything unnecessary and talk you through your options of costs. Whenever I show curiosity about our cars mechanics they never ignore me and instead explain what's gone wrong and why. Highly recommend mycar manuka.

Called to reassure me a problem was only minor
Very open to questions and queries before I booked.
Very fast response when arrived to drop off. They quickly gave me a call to put me at ease that an oil leak I’d reported - that had potential to be major - was just a very minor issue that they already fixed immediately. Car service was completed ahead of time. Price was on par with any other place for an 80,000km service. Friendly welcoming staff. Will definitely keep using.

Car service was fine, customer service was not.
Car service was fine, no surprises. Customer service not good. Was told the car would be done between 12-1. Called at 1:30 when I hadn’t heard anything, but couldn’t get through because the phone number said the shop was closed. Walked to the shop to check on the status to be told they hadn’t even touched my car yet, and if I left it with them it’d probably be another hour (at 2pm). Finally got a text at 4:30pm saying my car was done. Not impressed with the lack of communication.

My service had no surprises
My service had no surprises. I will go again. Mechanics had greasy boots that dirtied my carpet protection. A slight annoyance as I had to clean the oil/greasy from the protector. This is a minor issue but something that I hope they can improve.
