Could've been better
I got a deluxe/premium service, mainly because I really needed an oil change but the next day it actually looked more black, almost like ink, over a week later and it's still like that. I thought even a basic service includes changing all filters but only the oil filter was done and when looking at the part of the invoice about what needs doing, filters were one of the things mentioned, why didn't they cal to ask if I wanted them to do that then? Usually when getting a service I'm called to ask if I want any small things done (except anything major or time consuming of course) but even when picking up the car the guy didn't explain any of the things listed on the invoice, just mentioned a small leak and the filters, however when looking over the list later i saw that it mentioned the timing belt was cracking... Isn't that something of more importance than some dusty filters? And couldn't the small leak have been fixed when noticed (if not a major job of course). I just feel like maybe I paid almost $300 for an oil top up, the radiator topped up with water and a quick glance over other parts with no explanation of what really needs fixing or an offer to quote those things. I also didn't get a reminder the day before and wasn't called when car was ready even though they knew I was walking around the shops while waiting (but they did say they were having issues with emails and texts etc) The guys working there were friendly though, I just think a lot more could've been done and/or at least explained better.
