Excellent, friendly service

This was my regular place for servicing my Car for past 5-7 years. However, my recent experience was a terrible where staff was unable to even replace the Brakes, Tail light wasn’t checked and I had to ask for a fix but kept the car whole day and was told to book another appointment for further repairs. Basically wasting the whole day for with minor oil change and gave excuses like we’ve ordered wrong parts etc.

Great customer service. I have been taking my car here for years. Always pleased with the workmanship. They check in with you before they proceed with any work that is required and they give you an estimate.

A thorough job done very timely with a good follow_up report

Firstly, I want to thank you the good mechanics who always take care of me and my car (I been a long term customer since it was under the Kmart banner). However my recent trip had me thinking to change service centre and stop going to MyCar. I notice the staff there are overworked, they took on too many bookings and are managing the best that they can. It is probably reflected in high staff turnover, every year I go back it is different staff. At my recent booking, staff to put in the job for what needs to be done was inexperience with the system. Also the manager was too busy to do follow up. I also noticed frustration with other customers that they were promised the day but can’t quite be given “that day/time”. Lack in professionalism is a big deal and dissatisfaction will cause customers to move to other car service centre. Hopefully these issues can be ironed out. It is actually okay to spread out bookings if they are overloaded with customers. I also notice my car after this service is still sounding weird, thus for the next service I most likely will get it checked by mechanics in other service centre.

We went to mycar at maddington and the car was serviced by Marcus. He is very good and recommended what it is need to do after this service which we will go back to mycar maddington again
