Customer service was below average. People forget that you’re dealing with people that don’t know much about cars so taking some time to explain things to me would’ve been appreciated.

The Mackay my car team are very professional they are friendly and always acknowledge me and treat me like I matter. The work done seems to be very good and prompt. Doesn’t matter if it’s an older car or a new one. The roadside assistance that the include is a great bonus as well

your receptionist is very rude she does not have any customer care skills .I know its your business but because you are working with people please try to be more approachable.

Time management was awesome, dropped my car off at 8am for an essential service, told them I’d be waiting in the mall for it to be done, was contacted within an hour and a half. Good affordable pricing too. Will continue to use this companies service.

Completing the job within time frame. I had no hassles with the system being down and payment having to be made next day. We were going to Mt P anyway.

For basic jobs they are ok but don’t and I repeat don’t get them to do big jobs, they had my car for 2 weeks to put a thermostat in and had to take the gearbox out to do the job, got it back and the engine light came on straight away so I took it back they said the alternator was faulty and need a new to get them to call me back and say the alternator was fine that they forgot to plus a lead in, got it back and then doesn’t start when the car heats up and third time I took it back could not find the fault and say to me to try someone eles to find the problem.

I dropped off my wifes car in to replace brake pads and machine. It was booked in at 12:50pm. Got a text msg at 2:16pm saying "we have been trying to contact regarding your vehicle" ,which was a lie because my wife and I recieved no missed calls, " and we cannot proceed with the rep[lacement today" They told us that one of their technicians went home sick. It was funny because we saw their technician shopping looking fine.
We had been bringing our vehicles to Mycar for works before, under different management, but after that dealing we wont be coming back.

Quick, easy and great staff.

We booked and paid upfront using the online form. Looked easy and quick. After we left the car there for half a day, we were told the tyre size was wrong, fair enough, our fault for relying on the app. Ordered in new tyres. Told it would take about a week. Got an email to bring the car in to fit tyres. Took in the car to be told, no ignore that email, it’s not from us, it’s from head office. We will call YOU when it’s ready. It’s now been almost 4 weeks, haven’t heard anything, have already paid for the work and the tyres, and now our roadworthy inspection has expired.
