Took my car in for a service and they did a great job. Car was returned within 3 hours and they provided good feedback on what to watch out for in the future.

Service was excellent, the lady at front desk was friendly and so helpful! The young man who fixed my puncture was friendly and happy to answer all my questions on my next set of tyres..

Good day:my engine car was broken I talked to manager change new engine, our conversation was very well, after 5 weeks waiting, just paid more than 14 K $ , my roster 14/7 (Moranbah) first roster used my car suddenly stop in the middle of nowhere, towed my car back to MYCAR MT. Pleasant
The bad news I found my engine second hand not brand new, the manager was cheating to customers to earn more money, now broken again the manager Julie quoted 1,4$k she said warranty expired, still do patient because I need car to go work, my sitting for a week rang me to pickup my car. And then broke the handle how you check the engine oil, she replaced cheaper again, the original one disappeared, back again to replace new one asking manager Julie, no specific answer, very rude to customer acting like CEO MY CAR, my experience very disappointing, ridiculous customer service rating below zero
