Their service was always great, the staffs are friendly and we never had any issues with their booking or their service.

The service was not done according to the log book. I also had to pay nearly $100 extra to get the book stamp. Was told that they don't stamp the book for a $286 service. They left oil spill on the engine and charge me for 7lt of oil where the engine only take 4.9lt of oil with a new filter. They did not even check the tyre pressure. They had to replace the air and fuel filter on this service which they did not.

Contacted MyCar Mackay regarding my recent service and was speaking to the Manager. She was so rude and starting yelling over the phone at me when I asked whether my tyres were rotated and balanced as I had not had a service for over a year. My invoice stated nothing about my tyres which are covered by the Tyrelife Saver Program. Certainly no customer service from that Manager! So disgusted as been with Mycar for years.

Staff were very friendly. Work was done in a timely manner. Julie was able to source my needed tyres from Rockhampton. She is very efficient and helpful. Will return to Mycar again. Thankyou. Julie Margrie. Mackay.

I normally have my service when I was still working in Mackay due to the friendly staff and service. Today I had a very bad customer service by the named Julie. She doesn’t need to shout over the phone and I am very calm over the phone but she’s still have an attitude. I don’t understand why she ended up to answer the phone sounds like that. I was so disappointed to have her over the phone. You just wrecked my day and add my stress.
