The Loganholme My Car team are incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They do exactly what you ask - without any additional high pressure selling - and explain all problems with the vehicle in a very clear manner. Their advice is extremely honest and they provide clear guidelines about when each vehicle issue may need to be attended to. My Car Loganholme show great respect to female customers and anybody who needs to budget for future repairs. The service is very affordable and fantastic value with 12 months roadside assistance included. I have only ever had extremely positive experiences with My Car and I always recommend them to everybody I know. Thank-you for making me feel safe on the roads!

Very disappointed with my experience today.
When I changed my service booking over the phone, I was advised my vehicle would be ready around midday. However, when I dropped it off at 8:00am, I was told it wouldn't be ready until 2:00pm to 3:00pm because the booking online showed 5:00pm.
Despite explaining that the earlier collection time had been discussed when I rescheduled, no effort was made to review the schedule, I was simply told to book another day. The lack of flexibility and customer service was very disappointing.

Staff are friendly and honest, and do their best to get me on my way asap.

I have always had a great experience with the Loganholme outlet. They explain in detail what they find amiss with my car. They work in with what is more convenient for me to leave my car and when I need to collect. I have moved away from the area and have taken my car to another My Car outlet but although I have no complaint with them, I found they werent as friendly. I now travel a lot further to go back to Loganholme.

Really good service, specifically as I was needing to catch a flight in a few hours and they listened and responded effectively and in a timely fashion.

The staff are great, very helpful and professional, they are thorough and get the job done at a good price. Just a shame they can't service electric vehicles as I'm going to be buying one soon and I want to go to that centre.

I dropped off my car on Friday before 9 am. The control light showed some problem with engine. The assistent accepted my car despite the fact it was not booked in and took charge of it. Shiel called me 2x advising what was wrong and the cost. I agreed to pick it up Saturday and received text about when it was ready. Very friendly staff while I was stressed. Thank you.

Have had 2 tyre puncture repairs done by them and they have been extremely accommodating by booking me in for the same day I have called and have finished the service faster than initially expected. Lovely customer service and will be returning for any more issues with my car :)

I had a punctured tyre, the team fix it up and put it back on the vehicle, very good service.

The team at Mycar were absolute legends — super friendly, helpful, and somehow managed to have my car ready earlier than expected (which never happens in adult life 😅). They also had the quote I requested ready to go when I picked it up, and best of all, there was zero pressure to book anything on the spot. Great service without the sales pitch — my car and I both left happy!

Managed to fit us in to fix the alternator same day on a Saturday and had it done so quick. Much appreciated.
