Also rang Mycar on phone for days and…
I have been getting my car service at Mycar for years.I rang Mycar on phone for days and nobody answered,this has ever happened in the past with Mycar not answering the phone.I went to Mycar for pink slip,the mechanic,said back tyres needed replacing,but only have continental tyres that fit your car.the most expensive tyres.not good that only have one choice of expensive tyres for a Toyota Corolla,Mycar should have had more tyres choice.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong, pathetic customer service, next to zero mechanical knowledge, they kept my car because they couldn't fix it & still wanted to charge me. I have all the records, this was the worst car experience of my life

I would have given five stars but on…
I would have given five stars but on this occasion I was advised that I should allow 30-45 minutes so I went for a walk for 45 minutes and was advised upon my return that my vehicle hadn’t been out yet. I then had to go for another twenty minute walk and then waited another 30 minutes or so. This is not to be construed as a complaint as I understand the limited staff were busy. This is just a sign of the times unfortunately.

Pricing
Service was good. Polite & done in a timely manner. Said I didn't require a wheel alignment but it was done anyway costing $89. Labour charged at $160 per hour. That is why I will be going elsewhere with my vehicles.
