MyCar is such a good company to deal with.
Exceptional automotive knowledge and they DO NOT overcharge, as has been my unfortunate experience in the past with other companies.
I was advised about the possibility of additional problems with my latest repairs.
These problems were not found during the repair and their honesty in not “stinging” me is just one reason I ABSOLUTELY trust MyCar.

The staff were really friendly, service was done quickly. An issue was identified and the staff were able to get the parts and truck back in within a couple of days and fix it. Definitely sticking with them from now on.

Attended straight away

Staff were very helpful and efficient, giving me a last minute appointment for my tyres. Price was better than expected!

Organised my busy life around this booking (lifts to and from work 40 mins away, changed work hours, etc), dropped car off at 8am, agreeing to pick up before 5pm. Arrived 4:30pm and my car was still waiting to be serviced! Was asked if I would like to "come back tomorrow" or wait 45 mins. I chose to wait.
Earlier in the day I'd received a phone call asking if I'd like a wheel alignment (I said yes). This didn't happen- mechanic "decided not necessary as you must avoid potholes" (it had been 12 months since my last service and I drive 500+km per week on country roads). More likely did not have time, as I'd also asked them to refill the windscreen cleaner, which did not occur.
These guys are very friendly and value for money, but they take more bookings than they can manage.

Chris and the team are absolutely fantastic, we have been using mycar tyre & auto for a few years now. We originally started because of the convenient location to our work. Now we go because its easy to book in and the service is awesome.

Amazing service - can always rely on mycar

Got a puncture, rang up & they booked us in at 11am same day, no waiting or mucking about, we got there & they fixed it straight away, free puncture repair, didnt cost a cent & done a great job. Absolutely cannot complain about that these days... Hard to get service like that anywhere now.... Mycar Lismore. Will be getting my next set of tyres from there.
