Great service start to finish

I booked my vehicle for a logbook service based on the advertised online price. However, when I arrived, I was informed that due to an “expensive part,” the service would cost an additional $200. This was not clearly explained beforehand, and I was not properly consulted before the extra charge was applied.

The service schedule for my vehicle is standard, and the pricing should have been transparent from the beginning. Unexpected additional costs without clear communication are not acceptable.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication. I expected better.

I have had my car serviced here for a long time. Always professional and any request not a problem. They always check to see if anything else needs doing on top of a service and how much it would cost. If it could be deferred until a later date because of the extra cost. Helpful, and friendly.

I was so pleased that mycar could fit me in at such short notice. I rang Monday, by 11.00am Tuesday they found the problem AND had it fixed and me back on the road!! Thanx so much guys. I really appreciate your effort to help me

I dropped my car with no issues and the inspection was done and I was able to pick my car up earlier than expected. Which was fantastic.
