Went in with yet another puncture, nail had breached the sidewall so needed new tyre 😔
Going in for $50 fix and walking out with a new tyre was a shock but they gave a decent discount and did it quick.

Josh and the team are always professional & friendly. Their service is efficient & prices are what you expect for a large company such as MyCar.
They always try their best to get my car in whenever it suits me & I would recommend this & the Noarlunga SA sites. MyCar should provide better working conditions for the team especially in summer or cold winter. They virtually work outdoors and the company could do more to look after their hardworking, reliable & loyal asset; their staff x

The young man at the front desk was very respectful and helpful, not just towards me, but also with other customers being served while I was waiting my turn in the store. Work was completed to a high standard within the designated time frame and I was charged, as quoted. Highly recommend the personnel and service provided at this store.

Tyres where replaced within 40 minutes along with wheel alignment people I sealed with on site where great Calling your team regarding booking was average the girl on the phone was rude and abrupt

Booking my vehicle and confirming tyre availability was quick and effortless. The website was easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly and highly professional. I dropped my car off at 11:00 and received a text just over an hour later at 12:06 to say it was ready, promised time was 1.5 hours — outstanding turnaround time. I can’t fault the service or the professionalism of anyone I dealt with and the tyres are 👌.

My last service was with auto masters, Melrose pk, who told my brakes were low, and needed to be done. At my car service 8000 ks later told my brakes good and I had at least another 10000 ks before they needed attention. I suspected auto masters were trying to get more $$ out of me, happy my car were honest.

As always, staff at MyCar were professional and competent and completed the routine servicing and necessary tyre replacement of my car in good time and with their usual good humour and courtesy.

Josh and his team looked after our 2006 RAV4 with great care and consideration. Arrived in Adelaide of the back of 5000km roadtrip and hitting the road again soon, we had a service and some repairs and the guys were honest and considerate. Would highly recommend. We used Mycar in Darwin, Perth and Adelaide and all have been brilliant.
