Walked in without booking hoping to have headlight changed. They did it straight away fixed within 30 mins.

The staff absolutely know your car & go above and beyond - I needed a new side mirror and it was available in a few days ready for my service. The staff are always on time, keep you well informed of anything extra to be done & have it ready for you at the time specified by you. it was all good. drop your car off with no issues or waiting. get a phone call a couple of hours later identifying any issues and the car ready to pick up without any hassles. all in all, service is very good and people very friendly especially the lady at the front desk.

Puncture repair for free as part of the tyre care plan. So easy too. Just rang and got a booking for 2 hours later. Job was done on time and as promised. Highly recommend

The struts in the boot of my car needed replacing, the parts were ordered after my car was serviced in March, I was notified when the parts arrived, able to book in for the next afternoon and all finished in 30 minutes.

I requested for urgent service and the team obliged. My service was done in one hour and service tech even noted the parts recommended for replacement in another service. Kudos.

I need to make a complaint about the service about my Honda accord registration TTVV99 after reviewing the invoice.
1. I got charged for replacing the power steering pump which was still under 2 years warranty.
2. Labor hours over charged
3. Over charged power steering fluid $178
4. Suggested a car service to solve the oil leak problem while the car service had been done one month ago.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Did not expect this happened. Please follow up@ Mycar head office.

From the moment I walked in, Jacqueline was welcoming and made the process straight forward.
I had booked to get all my tires replaced, along with wheel alignment.

An hour and half later, she called to say my car was ready. Again, pick up process was smooth.

The location is great as it's in the Knox shopping centre, so you can pass the time easily.
