As a young girl I’ve been to a few mechanics and been ripped off with them adding extra pieces to invoices and charging me more (ie. Automasters). The guys at kirwan MyCar were awesome, they explained everything that needed to be fixed and even told me what wasn’t major to keep in my budget. Can’t put a price on that kind of transparency these days I’ll definitely be back.

Mic and the Team at Mycar Kirwan have done a great job looking after my car. I will be continuing to allow them to take care of my car.

Even though the car had to be left all day, due to the amount of work they had on at the business, the service was done & as I am not well, I asked if somebody could come & pick me up from home to get my car & pay. I had a phone call when the service was done & I was picked up from home which I appreciated. Saved a pensioner another Taxi fare. Thanks so much for the staff. I appreciate the job done.

I had a flat tyre so as my car was close to my Car I popped in after 5pm for assistance and the gentleman kindly changed to my spare. When I asked the cost he stated no charge but I may want to consider looking at new tyres as whilst still ok showing signs of age and close to the wear lines. He Did not push for the business. Based on this I then booked into the same location and got new tyres a week later. Polite, prompt and very good communication. Will happily return. Thanks for a good experience team.
