Very Helpful- especially when you are short on time and needed to get in earlier than expected, they were very accommodating- Always very detailed work and transparency supplied. Also good warranties to give you peace of mind.

Last minute service well done!
Rang after 9 one morning this week and needed a service on my Mazda 2 . They were extra friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy they managed to fit me in and complete the service and a few extra things that needed doing. A fabulous outcome. Thanks to the great staff.

Excellent customer service
I brought in a tire with a puncture required repair. I was prepared to pay for it; however the store manager checked my rego number and advised of free of charge. The repair was done within an hour. It was a pleasant experience at MyCar Keysborough

Excellent service at mycar Keysborough.
The Keysborough mycar tyre store booked us next day at a convenient time - we had lunch in the centre while the tyres were fitted and wheels aligned. The store manager was courteous and informative.

Known for ripping off people’s money
They are very prompt with the service. However, it seems they are very busy and don’t have much time to explain your car’s issues in detail as they try to finish the payment process hurriedly. They give you an invoice, but will say they’ll send it later. I had to call back thrice to have it sent to me. Just a suggestion: maybe you should send it during the appointment to avoid this in the future. Additionally, I visited another car service for a 2nd opinion and got a more accurate description of what I should prioritize fixing with a much better price. They told me not to come back to myCar as they have been known to rip off people. So I’d say that it is completely your choice if you want to visit any myCar service centers.

Can Fit Tyres, Can't Align Them
New tyres were fitted well and price was decent enough, but wheel alignment wasn't done to a great standard.
