I used to give 5 stars for your company service but this time that was very bad. The car was booked for 9am and expect to finish at 12pm for basic service. I came to the office at Keysborough at 12:00pm and realized they did not even start the job. I also had a flat tyre that I would like to fix but they mentioned that it is not possible to fix this flat tyre. I will tell this story to friends and relatives unless a mitigation solution is offered.

Always extremely happy with the service and work on my car the manager is 10/10 in every thing he does for his customers

We took our car to My Car in Parkmore, Keysborough for a repair, which we have done many times previously.
And we dropped our car off this morning, and we got a phone call from Mr Singh to say our car was fixed and ready to be picked up, fast, efficient and reasonably priced, which is why we always use My Car at Parkmore, Keysborough.

Arrived at 8Am next morning to pick up spare Tyre after a repair and waited until till 8:20 and nobody showed up. I need to be at work close by at 8.30 so had to leave. I work un till 5pm so I returned at 5:12 to pick up spare and asked if they could put it on the car rather than drive home on a space saver. but although there were 2 vacant hoistes I was told they were too busy and its too close to closing. we'll had they of been there at 8am it wouldn't have been a problem.

Extremely friendly service. Work carried out in a very timely manner to suit my requirements. And I will not hesitate to go back.

I never received a quote for the repairs I need to do. I called 5 times and as told they would call back in 5 every time and I never heard or received anything. Service on the day was fine but I needed to take my business elsewhere to do the larger follow up work as I just could get any response.

Great service and follow up. Love the tyre warranty plan.
