Service was good and professional. But unfortunately, the workshop was unable to enter the service records into my car computer.

I was very pleased that I was able to reschedule my service. I did forget to bring my car last week, my apologies.
The manager was very helpful and polite.
I arrived at 9.am. I was asked if I needed a lift home, I was very grateful for the offer but I had a friend to take me home. But I will remember next time to make use of this service.
I received a phone call regarding the alignment of my tyres, I accepted the price for carrying out that work on the day, it saved me another appointment.
My car was brought to the front of the work shop for me to drive home.

Was told to take the car in on a certain day, took it in and they say they’re unavailable. Made an appointment to take it in another day, arrived and they said they didn’t have time, had to wait over 2 hours. Very disappointing and will never return. Jamie was the mechanic at Kew.

I've been servicing my car with My car for 4 years in different stores, but definitely Kew is 10/10. Every time I had to service my car, they've done an amazing job. I will keep coming here.

Excellent service and advice. Store manager Jaime was very helpful. Called as soon as he had the tyre in stock; and fitted the replacement tyre most efficiently.

Jamie provided excellent customer service, great communication and was v friendly. He was patient in his explanation on what needs to be done to the car and even provided personal assistance to me when I needed. Thank you Jamie.

Good service reasonable priced tyres

The experience as a whole was great, however I was disappointed to be waiting outside the store until 8:15am for someone to turn up and open the shop when it was meant to open at 8am. This delayed me getting to work on time and wasn’t a great first impression. However everything else was done efficiently and professionally.

Jamie was great. They fitted in my brakes repair on the day without a booking.Top job and competitive prices. Second visit and I will be back!
