On very short notice Jordan arranged for one of his staff to replace a brake light globe. I am very appreciative of their customer service.

Thumbs up for Wayne and the team! After my dealer quoted over $1500 for a major service post-warranty, Wayne provided sensible advice and a much better deal. He explained the importance of sticking to the manufacturer's recommendations, like changing spark plugs now rather than risking issues later, which also helps with resale value. Despite this thorough approach, he still saved me about $300 and included complimentary roadside assistance through AAMI.

Additionally, I've decided to switch to Mycar for a new battery since they offer Century batteries with a 42-month warranty—much better than my previous one which barely outlasted its 24-month warranty. Plus, they've got great tyre guarantees for a year if replaced through them.

All in all, excellent service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The staff were very knowledgeable and organised. They already had quotes ready prior to me picking my vehicle up. They also explained all the costs involved.

Jacob was a very caring person can not speak more highly of his professional service.

The gentlemen at reception were knowledgeable and able to explain in detail what my car needed, why and which items were critical and which could wait. Also, the staff were smiling and the mechanics in the workshop were singing and speaking respectfully to one another which was nice. The free roadside assistance and other loyalty perks are also a nice bonus.
