I was very disappointed that I received a diagnostic report which cost $170.00 when I already told the serviceman what was wrong with the car. It is a lot of money to pay, when you know what is already wrong with the car, and My Car could not repair my car. I was very disappointed because I have always had great service from them before.

Sergio was really accommodating and friendly. He provided excellent service.

Shoutout to Sergio of mycar Kellyville. Truly a professional that goes above nd beyond. The intricacies of maintaining a car is not something everyone knows about and Sergio was honest and patient on explaining what was done and weeds to be done. Other service centres would have charged me an exorbitant amount for items that the car does not urgently need just to make a sale.

It was just a rego inspection. It was done in a timely manner.....quick and efficient.

My Car was in a great location. Easy to find and plenty of car spaces available for when you arrived to park. Desk staff were very courteous and polite and friendly. I waited for my car so all I had to do was catch a lift up to the next floor of the shopping complex and could wait in comfort. They rang to mention extra costs ad were fairly close to times for finishing the job. They were prompt with the bill and explained what they did on the receipt.

Excellent customer service from Sergio! Efficient as well. Had tyre Replaced and wheel alignment for a very competitive price. Thanks

It was only a flat tyre but I couldn't fault anything about the process to get it rectified. I'll be back!
