I had a flat tyre from parking at the shopping centre and the guys were amazing. They brought all the tools to my car and changed the tyre for me (because I couldn't find my tools.) Amazing customer service, willing to help and extremely quick and efficient!

I called into the Keilor Downs store unexpectedly with my mother who has sever mobility issues, due to a nail in my tyre, I spoke to Nam (2 IC) explained my delimar and he was incredibly generous and professional with his time, understood the urgency for having the tyre repaired and arranged to have a team member attend to the tyre. I would certainly recommend the store to friends and family and have enquired in relation to having my vehicle serviced, based on my positive experience and Nam was a pleasure to deal with.

Great and fast service within 2 hours for many majors including but not limited to the brakes and battery. Great sense of humor
