They went out of their way to complete my job in a very timely manner. Mohammed was friendly and informative as well as helpful.

First service out of warranty on my car. I think the did a good job. But they had my old rego of my previous car in the system which they couldn’t change on the day! But good job overall.

Mohammed as always went above and beyond. He definitely knows his stuff.
Exceptional service!!!

Customer service was great but I am expecting they’re more professional which is when I come to pick up the car. Presents to me what services they did in the book and tick all the box they have been inspected and replaces. (not even tick)
I’m surprised they didn’t know how to apply my flyby card into their system.
However, I hope that they did good job 🤞

Customer service was poor. Was more interested in receiving the money for the installation of new tyres and wheel alignment without saying how the service was. As this was the first thing discussed card or cash. I asked about the paperwork for the job, however I was told the machine is broken but you have a warranty so don't worry. If the machine is working and they can retrieve it, it will be emailed to myself within the week. However, another mechanic came and said the machine has no ink and is why I couldn't get a copy of the wheel alignment. I have doubts that this was even completed but just charged as a cost. I won't be returning to mycar as I felt I was talked down to being a female, it's 2024 and I'm disappointing to still have this gender bias in society. I got no information regarding the wheel alignment which is not good business.

We had a booking to bring in at 8.30 and collect at 10.30am. We came to collect at 10.50am - vehicle not started, so had to come back at 12 to collect vehicle.
Inconvenient!
But the 4 tyres put on and balance and alignment seems like a job well done.

I was driving home in peak hour traffic when my car notified me that both my brake lights were not working. I was in a panic, rang Kmart Tyre and Auto in Keilor Downs, explained my situation and they kindly waited for me and fixed my lights and then didn’t charge me. They were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend them, their customer service was excellent.

Was looked after by Muhammad. Very professional, had a good chat and got the car all perfect. Definitely recommend if you’re having trouble finding a good mechanic!

Gabriel!!! Old school brilliance. You don't get service that often.

He couldn't put my car into first gear then says he has no idea how I drove it there it's absolutely stuffed only to ask me to show him then I showed him. Can't trust the guy with the lisp he was also swearing and said alot needs to be repaired because he couldn't put it in first gear when everyone who drives manual knows there's a clear picture that shows it on the stick.

Can't be trusted and won't go again. Sunshine is better.
