Front desk contact very helpful and friendly; good communication; timely service; good job all round. The AfterPay option is great. Very useful to be able to pay off work in instalments.

mycar Katoomba has always taken good care of my cars. They are honest and upfront about their recommendations, and service has always been great. I've had tyres, alignments rego inspections, and repairs completed here. The staff is always friendly as well.

Was told by Jeffrey he would call…
Was told by Jeffrey he would call police on me for having an unsafe vehicle if I didn't have 2 new tires fitted. I understand safety issues but I felt that the threat of calling police was too much and I felt pressured to buy on the spot which I had to go into debt to afford. Borderline extortion

I'm such a fan of My Car Katoomba. The staff are considerate and incredibly helpful, they have always been able to help and there are never any suprise costs. If I've had a recent service then the they will look into any additional issues free of charge. Really grateful to Jeffrey and the team!
