I have been going to the mycar branch in Kallangur for 10 years. The customer service is the best & always consistent. They try hard to please.

Rob and the team always super reliable, tell you honestly what’s wrong and service and fix any issues when they say they will and will tell you if they need to get parts etc. Highly recommend

The staff at mycar kallangur are very professional and helpful. Although these guys were booked out, and very busy they still went above and beyond to get my car in and diagnose the issue, thanks guys.

I have been going to rob and his crew for a few years now and have trusted and very happy with my service. Robs biggest asset is that I always book my car in advance. When I get there on the day it looks like a car park with lots of cars waiting to be serviced. Somehow rob manages to squeeze me in that day . I recommend him to family and friends. Thanks rob . Very friendly customer service. Second time I have bought my Vehicle for service. Always communicated via mobile for recommendations prior to commencing other tasks. Very happy to come back here for Vehicle Servicing. Reasonable pricing also which is a bonus.
