I had a booking to replace 2 rear tyre ,rotation and wheel alignment. I booked service. I dropped my car at 11am. I was told that my car will be ready by 1pm. When I came back to my car at 12:30pm, my car was still sitting outside untouched. I asked the shop attendant about that. He told me that my car would be ready at 1pm. But I got the car at 1:30pm. I had an appointment at 1:40pm. But I had to cancel it. By the time I cancelled, there was no spot available that day to reschedule till bit later. I am pretty sure that he knew that my car would not be ready at 1pm. If he were honest to me, I could have reschedule my appointment to later that day. I am disappointed about his dishonesty.

I am always doing my car service or any issue of my car from My Car joondalup because of my best mechanic SANGAY.
He is genius even I have option of MY CAR BANKSIA GROVE which is very near by me because I live in BANKSIA GROVE but I ONLY trust my mechanic SANGAY.

I have sent my many friends in MY CAR JOONDALUP Because of good mechanic SANGAY.

Will is a credit to you. He has gone the extra mile in helping me with my recent car troubles and I appreciate him for everything he has done. Thank you Will, you are a legend!

Did not do transmission oil change as had no stock. Did not inform customer there was no stock before hand. Had to call 3 weeks later to ask if it was in stock

Fast friendly service. Exceptional service I must say. I could not download the paper work for my car as I have an old phone. The young gentleman printed copies for me. Even explained the service I had to my car.

Customer service was excellent.

Had them service my novated lease car. They did work to my car without approval, only found out later when checking my novated lease account. also they tell you one price which you agree on them charge over twice that to my novated lease company. Avoid at all cost

Dropped tire off and they fixed the puncture for free under warranty. Quick and good communication

Good and reliable servicing

They said they would call me if they found anything and they didn't, and never told me when my car was ready to pick up I sat around joondalup for 5+ hours waiting for a call and when I eventually just decided to go in an ask if my car was ready yet that said it had been for over 2 hours but they found some things and sent me an email. I did not give them my email address im assuming they still had it feom last time but the email didn't go through untill I got there. They said some of my wheels needed replacing but didn't specify what ones said they didn't check my side mirror keypad after saying that coukd when I dropped the car off and charged me for the essentials plus service when I asked for just the essentials, explaining I cannot currently afford my regular service, my car has been out of warranty for 6 years the 3 extra things they did as part of the essentials plus were all for if your car was still under warranty. I double checked with the nam at the front when I dropped it off that I was getting just the essentials like the cheapest service and he said yes then after 6 hours when I went to pay it was an extra Like 60 bucks thay I can not currently afford.

To theremerit they did do a good job they found things i didn't realise I needed replacing and aside from the all be it horrible communication between there clients they were easy to book available and did put my seat back forward when they were done
But yeah..

When we came in for a quote, it only took 5 minutes to quote. We were told they could do it on the day, we weren’t ready for that but they did it the next day which was great. Even though they couldn’t get the right part, the next part was dearer but was the original part and cost more money we were happy to pay. And the job was completed efficiently and in good time. Always happy with My Car staff and efficiency. Really good staff. Have never been disappointed. Will always return.

Purchased 4 new tyres. Excellent price and customer service.
