Used Mycar at Ipswich, dealt with Matt, service was exceptional, 2 new tyres fitted & all tyres rotated. Good price & awesome people to deal with, I’ll definitely be back

Tyson was excellent, was very thorough in his inspection and also went out of his way to rectify an issue I had with a door sensor. Highly recommend mycar and Tyson.

My car was making a rattling noise, so I took it to my car Ipswich they went all over my car said it was really good for its age and told me it was my sunglasses in the holder that was making the noise so thank you for checking out my car for me

They are friendly, nice guys. My wipers need replacing every visit? Not sure on that one.

When my radiator system broke, I rang my car and they immediately organised a tow to the North Ipswich center. They guys there were so good even with the Christmas rush on the analysed, ordered parts and had me back on the road within hours. What an awesome crew you are thanks to all.

Staff were friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate both my wife's car and mine. Pricing was good, with identified items being discussed prior to moving forwards .

Yesterday morning when I was driving to an appointment, my fan belt started making a horrible sound. I had a look, and found a random piece of plastic/rubber that was broken and half melted and the fan belt didn’t look to good either. Not too long later I got to Mycar at Riverlink and went to speak to Paul. Paul was so lovely to deal with, he gave it to be straight up that I was going to have the get it fixed before it is safe to drive. Paul said they could do it that afternoon and could have my car ready by 5pm for me. They just had to get the parts that were needed etc. Paul and the team had my car ready to go before 5pm and I was able to leave for the coast for weekend. Thank you so much Paul and team!

Car failed roadworthy however staff were knowledgeable and assisted with rectifying any dramas. Zero wait times and will definitely be back.
