Great customer service! Found the online booking system practical as well.

I’ve had nothing but good service at My Car Innaloo. They have been very helpful, efficient and forthcoming with additional information every time I have had to visit. They are my repairer of choice.

Had an 8.00am booking abd was advised that fitting 4 tyres and a wheel alignment should take approximately 1 hour. Arrived at Innaloo at 7.50 am and waited.until you opened. On checking the car in I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours. When I questioned that time period I was informed that you only had one staff member on and that the others would not show up until 8.45. I went 9ffnand didi so.e shopping and retuned at 9.00am and waited in the waiting area. At 9 20am my car was finally moved into the fitting area and the tyres and alignment was finally completed at 10.00am.

If you don't have the staff available to do 8.00am bookings, then please.dont waste peoples time by taking the booking.

Client is King as my car Innaloo. They really looking with you for best options ie if you want quality or some lower pricing. And their tyre warranty is fantastic. They by accident had ordered and put wrong tyres under it. Went back next day, no discussions and rectified same day. As a client I felt King again. Thx my car Innaloo

I needed to source a new tyre on Friday 6th, as I had a puncture travelling to Mandurah, and MYcar did it! They went out of their way to fit me in on Monday 9th at 12 pm as I had a funeral to attend, the staff were very obliging and their service was prompt! I cannot praise them enough!

Everything was good except they kept my genuine metal tyre caps and replaced with plastic! Small things matter.

I purchased 4 tyres, but because my car has staggered fitting they were different sizes. I got the tyres on Black Friday for 50% of the original price and the initial booking to fit them was 7 weeks away. I got a call from the shop just 4 days after ordering them to tell me that they have the tyres in stock and can fit them straight away.

The guys at the shop were very polite, offered to check the wheel alignment but didn't try to upsell anything ridiculous. They checked that the weight and speed ratings are ok for my car and took great care fitting the tyres.

I had a very bad experience in the past with Bob Jane who told me that because my car is an EV they would only fit "EV tyres", which happened to be a lot more expensive. None of this rubbish at MyCar, they explained that as long as the tyres comply with the manufacturer's requirement for weight and speed rating then they can be fitted.

This is the second time that I come to MyCar in Innaloo and I won't hesitate to come back.

The phone service is truly bad.
You guys conect from one number to another asking a lot of boolshit, unnecessey questions and then waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
Sometimes could be up to half an hour.
Please do something about this shocker.

I could give 5 stars with your great services but someone forgot to ring me to inform for "ready to pick up". I also liked the way handling to all customers at the front desk. Thank you!

Need some work done on the car urgently , The staff was very helpful and friendly would recommend them them to anyone. I have moved just recently and will continue to go to the innaloo branch for my servicing and tyre needs.

Attention to detail was lacking. As I drove the car away it began bunny hopping up the road and dash lights all came on, I returned and the problem was rectified straight away.
