Communicates well. Informed of work required in a clear & timely manner. I was able to ask questions and discuss options for a work plan. Work completed clearly stated on invoice including work that will be required in future services so that I can plan for these.

Clear and Honest
Clear, friendly communication.
Additionally, 2 years ago I lost a Lunar New Year Red Envelope filled with cash. To my knowledge this was long gone, dropped on a street somewhere. After I picked up my car, and reached in to the glove box, there it was. It had clearly dropped back into the car somewhere and had now been dislodged by staff, with all the money still there.
For all I knew the envelope was gone, and they could have taken it without my noticing. I loved the casual honesty :) thank you

Positive experience on car service
I recently had my car serviced at mycar, and I had a very positive experience. Stephen was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent recommendations without any pressure.
