The service from Steve was fantastic. I needed to get my car back a little earlier than usual as I had an emergency medical appointment and this was organised and earlier than planned. Made life easier.

They were very helpful and considerate
They were very helpful and considerate. Because it was my first 1 year service, i didn't know what to expect and didn't realise it could take a ling time for the software updates. So they fast tracked my car so i didn't have to wait all day in the shopping centre. They also spoke to me about my tyres and provided a quote, so next week i went back again and got the tyres done because i had been impressed by the service.

I dealt with Steve. He was friendly and efficient.
I knew how much the service was going to cost.
When he rang about the tyres he gave me options which was excellent.
I also appreciated knowing how long it was going to take.
And they had my car ready earlier than that.
