Hornsby MyCar Friendly team
I have been in Hornsby MyCar two times , in first experience I had a tyre issue , that was persists for a while even after mentioning with MG service centre in last service. Rudolf and team , helped me patiently with long procedure test and of course with clear explanation . Cost was relatively fear and outcome was perfect. In second try I had Pink Slip requests and Josh from Rudolf team helped me . Josh is friendly and good communicator , pricing was fair and align with my expectation . I recommend them with 5 stars .

Service and repairs
My car due for yearly registration, I booked in for service and inspection. Some repairs and maintenance issues were highlighted and we passed inspection after repairs were done, on schedule and on budget! Thank you to Rudolf, Zach and team, you were all exceptional; I felt heard and respected!

Took whole day for a logbook service
When I book for logbook service, I was told it will only take around 2 hours. I dropped off my car at 8am and they only called me at 4:30pm that the car is ready to picked up.
