I thought I had stuff wrong with my car; at least that’s what they told me. When I got the quotes for replacing or fixing parts, they said I need a new pollen filter (cabin air filter) $201 replacement because they said it was ‘missing.’ So I thought to do it myself since I can get it for $75 at Supercheap Auto. The filter arrived at the shop today. I got home and opened up the area where the filter sits, and I see it’s just sitting there, not even that dirty.

The right place…
It was easy to book my car in for a service and it was all paid for online as well so all I needed to do was drop the car off with the keys. Couple of hours later I got a msg to say the car as ready to be picked up. They look all over the car to make sure everything was in working order
