I love mycar servicing center at highpoint. They are always upfront and honest. I trust them and feel at ease when I get my car serviced with them. My wife also gets her car serviced with them and she feels the same.

The customer service at this business is exceptional. Matthew is always courteous, he explains the details and costs of work required clearly and transparently. Their time management is spot on.

Ease of booking and getting service within a matter of few days. I love that they have ample parking, central location and everything was quick and straightforward. The representatives at the center were great. So all in all a good experience.

As usual, Matt and the crew at MyCar Highpoint did everything they could to get my Fiat back on the road quickly and cost effectively. Their communication is excellent, and I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs going forward.

Provide parking location at time of booking as the area immediately in front of the entrance is monitored by parking officers and there is a possibility of infringements.

Also provide quotes on repair works that are requested. Simply recommending ' refer to mechanic' doesn't provide a personal care as claimed by MyCar

I had a great experience with the team at mycar Highpoint. After calling around to a few different places, I found that many others were significantly overpriced. The pricing here was very competitive and fair by comparison.

The service itself was professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I’m not 100% sure, but I think it was Matt who served me, and Peter might have been the one who helped get me booked in—either way, thanks guys for the help! I’ll definitely be recommending this branch to others looking for honest service.
