I was able to get my car in at a time that suited me. Staff friendly and I feel trustworthy and the work was completed that day.

The team @ hawthorn are brilliant! They are so accommodating and amazing at what they do! Everytime I have an issue or even just a question they are so helpful and I trust their advice . They are my first point of call for anything car related! Thanks guys!

Great efficiency

Quoted on the phone by hawthorn Mycar to have me brakes done. I then booked an appointment based on the quote. They then called me to tell me it would be approx $300 more and denied giving the cheaper quote. I then re booked at another Mycar and had the work completed at the price of the first cheaper quote. This is my second very bad experience with Mycar hawthorn. That time they told me I needed new shock absorbers at a large cost. I went to another mechanic who told me a bolt had threaded and come loose. Very low cost repair. They had also messed up the lady before me appointment at Hawthorn. Why do the have RWC lic sign up when they can’t do RWC. I will never recommend or go back to hawthorn Mycar. I have five cars that they will not be touching.

Staff were friendly and called to explain what needed doing after they had checked the vehicle. They advised what time the car would be ready and then they texted when it was finished. They even gave me a discount because I had a lot of work done.

First time I’ve been to MyCar Hawthorn. The mechanic is very thorough. Car has done 280,000km and he spoke to me about must do and should do and what is coming up. He didn’t over-service, but did what must be done. Overall, I highly recommend.
