Missing a bit of feedback post service.
Housekeeping? Manual/logbook left on seat
No next service due sticker
Staff friendly but a bit of a mystery this time. This was my second logbook service....was informed I needed tyres and wiper assemblies. Couldn't find where the boxes were ticked for work carried out.

Customer service was first rate
Customer service was first rate, genuine no frills and first rate job. Brought my car in, logbook service done and car returned in perfect condition.
No hidden extras which I really appreciated. Listed problems that I can work on getting fixed. I will be coming back and recommending Riccardo to my friends and family.

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing and the manager was super friendly and easy to talk to and understand. They gave me the best outcome for what I wanted and were more than willing to be flexible.
