Friendly staff , great service

Friendly, helpful and professional staff and service. The garage is also clean and inviting unlike most garages.

Quick and good service

These guys are honest and realistic with expectations about your car. Used a few places for my cars and have only ever returned to this one constantly.

Great service and super helpful gentleman. He’s juggling at service desk and also at car workshop.

There wasn't any cleaning inside and outside car, not much focus on mechanical issues such as abrasion and aging parts.

Tristan was really nice, had issues with the General booking on the phone, tyres hadn’t arrived for my booking time, so he squeezed me in as soon as they arrived

When the part finally arrived from the Eastern States, it was fixed to my car promptly and efficiently.

I had an unpleasant experience with the owner during my visit. A staff member had assured me of a discount at the time of booking, but the owner seemed unaware of it. I later found out that the staff member had left the company just the day before. The owner handled the situation in a very passive-aggressive manner, banging doors, flipping papers / documents and creating a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere which made me feel unwelcomed. While he eventually honored the discount, it’s not my responsibility that his staff failed to communicate this information to him. I shouldn't have been made to feel vulnerable or uneasy because of his frustration. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as I don’t want to feel disrespected or uncomfortable again.

Had gone for 3 tyres to be changed but was advised of my last one as well, good thing is that i got the last tyre with the same price as the 3 tyres.

I have given my feedback to the store owner but i didn't feel like he took that constructively.
Had lot of drama, inconvenience with this whole transaction which I did yesterday with online team and Harrisdale store.
I had received a quote to replace 2 tyres MOEs for my Merc. Online team was fantastic they matched the price and quoted me good price but later some issues were highlighted which caused me unnecessary inconvenience as my car had to be toed in to the store for tyres replacement.
The major drama was at stores wher3 e I saw there is no internal coordination with in the mycar team.
Harrisdale store fitted the wrong tyres to my car and on my request of asking a solution they pointed out on online team that there is no MOE stock available and tyres has been booked incorrectly. After having few backword and forward communications apparently Harrisdale store pulled two correct tyres out of their inventory and replaced it. Issue here
- My first impression was since the quoted price is very competitive Harrisdale store deliberately fitted the incorrect tyres.
- Harrisdale store blamed online team that incorrect booking has been made as we don't have tyres in stock (even they showed me the inventory as well in computer)
- Later when they saw I am really unhappy and upset they eventually pulled the correct tyres from inventory and changed it that shows me Harrisdale store was not honest in their transaction.
- On my query where did they find the stock now and how wrong tyre has been changed they pointed on to mechanic fitted the tyre. I ser this as a fundamental concern of SAFETY. means they don't have any process to check, verify and fit the correct tyre. In this case it was correct size however it might have been the wrong tyre fitted which could potentially cause a significant on road concern.
- Even I spoke with the store manager about this ordeal and it appeared he tried settling it by putting an onus on to the mechanic by telling "its an honest mistake" rather than showing any empathy. His attitude I personally believe was not towards to address the root cause and take a lesson learnt out of it so it can be improved for future instead he was adamant and believed in blaming culture.
- As a result I had lot of inconvenience as tyres has to be re fitted with correct type whilst I'm waiting on the store. I had another appt which was cancelled due to this delay. My kids, wife waiting at the store I didn't feel like Mycar dealt this matter with any professionalism. It was like dealing with a Joe blog down the road not a corporate company. Customer should not be picking up store mistakes.

Friendly & prompt service, reasonably priced.

Fast service, all issues communicated and fixed promptly and being able to use Afterpay made the whole experience easy.

Staff clear on what needs to be done to car

Tyres are under warranty and I forgot but they reminded us honoured it.
