Totally ripped off. $85 to undo one bolt and drain radiator coolant? Quoted $20-$30 dollars for 2 washer jets and charged $80? 5 litres of coolant worth $25 retail, charged $65 dollars. Don't ever go to mycar at Brookvale on Harbord Rd. Also requested a new fuel filter to be installed and was not done even though 5 days' notice was given. Also asked for the washer jets to be installed and only one was, the other one could not be installed because he did not have enough plastic tube. Was it too hard to go down the road and buy some. Also apparently, I need $3500+ extra work done. Gee, take my money.

I've been going to this place for several years as it's usually where I get the best price for my tyres, plus I like their care plan with free tyres rotation. I went yesterday for a wheel alignment and had a few technical questions to ask to the person in charge. I was very happy with his knowledge and professionalism.

The gentleman who helped service my car was very helpful, upfront, clear and demonstrated a potential issue with my car so I best understood and helped me know what I needed to do moving forward. The pricing was also extremely fair. Overall, amazing experience.

My car had a several issues to be fixed for rego, but the mechanics were able to get the work done on the same day.
Aiden also went above and beyond in resolving an issue for me.

Am very happy with the customer service provided by Aiden. He went to lengths to explain the service and the works required,was very honest and straightforward .
My only issue is every time you give your car for service you are talking a new person. Please keep the same person in the store as it does build a personal rapport and easier to deal with as he has attended to the car previously .

Great service

The team were so helpful with servicing of my car. They looked for cost effective measures to ensure I was not paying too much.

We got tyres replaced, and a new wheel arm. Within a day, the warning light came on that there was an issue with the tyres. We took it back to fix and they were too busy, so came back at a later date and they fixed it (understandable). Two days later, the warning issue happened again. I checked the tyres and they were all pumped up to 46 (they should be at 30) so were greatly overfilled with air. The issue is still not resolved.
