Super quick and convenient
Had a critical issue with car and they were very accommodating to fit it in and get it fixed. Location is very convenient to train so drop off and pick up worked seamlessly.

The oil filter was not installed…
The oil filter was not installed correctly which caused me to have a significant oil leak in the middle of travelling interstate. The leak caused me to be stranded in a small town over a weekend waiting to get into see a mechanic and have the filter replaced and oil cleaned out from the car.

I have been getting my car serviced from Mycar for a while. They are always good and get the car ready on time. No issues ever.

DODGY MECHANICS
Booked in for a general service. Told us the lower control arm on the front left side was cracked, had wires out of our tire, some were bald and illegal, and all four tires needed to be replaced. $2500 quoted. We said no and took to our usual mechanic after we sourced parts. I visually saw the arm when removed from vehicle, WITH NO CRACK. Untrustworthy, I’m never going back.
