Honest and trustworty.
The team at mycar Gorokan have been servicing & caring for my cars for many years now.
They recently did a great service on my Toyota kluger. The team at mycar Gorokan really value their customers, and i have found them to be honest, and trustworthy.
They patiently answer all my questions, and give good honest advice. They really care about my car as much as i do.

Holiday service
I needed to get my car service before going away I new there was a little bit to be done and when the boys had a look they rang me told me prices and got on with it no issues no need to bring it back they where happy to fix everything for my long drive fast efficient and communication was on point not over charged fair costs to thing and I think was the manager was polite funny and talkative didn’t just treat you like another person who was dumb I will be back because I can get my car serviced on a weekend witch is perfect for me and my business !

Great experience.
Would have been 5 stars but was initially told one hour when booking but on the day took an hour and a half which I had not accounted for with work. But the service and staff were excellent.

My BT50 has nearly 380,000km
My BT50 has nearly 380,000km, today Lakehaven Mycar fitted 4 new tyres and replaced my front wheel bearings plus wheel alignment, which was identified on my 374000 service. Again I regularly have my BT50 serviced every 10,000km which also identifies any issues which need attention and if so I book in to have the issues rectified. I can’t say enough about how important it is to regularly service your vehicle and if so I highly recommend Mycar Lakehaven, any issues speak with manager or staff who are courteous, friendly and understanding they will give you advice and information on how to resolve your issues. To management and staff keep up the great work and thank.

The work done is consistently good but sometimes they don't get back to you when cars are ready. We have had to go in or call to see if it was done.
